Take our survey on inclusion in the finance and insurance sector
Kelly Chan | 17 Feb 2023How inclusive and accessible do you think the finance and insurance sector is?
In 2021 an estimated 37,000 people were employed in the UK public finance and insurance sector, and over one million were employed privately (Statista Research Department, 2022). A representative, productive and happy workforce is essential to the current and future success of organisations operating in this space.
AbilityNet is running a survey to collect insight into what survey participants consider to be the enablers and barriers to creating an inclusive and accessible working environment in the finance and insurance sector. It also seeks to understand how sector stakeholders currently collaborate and share best practice in this area to identify ways to accelerate progress in this area.
You do not need to currently work in the finance and insurance sector to fill out our survey, however please note that all the survey questions are specific to this sector.
The survey closed on Tuesday 14th March 2023.
When will the results be published?
The results of this short survey will be published in March at our free webinar focusing on inclusive employee experience webinar in the finance and insurance sector with Lloyds Banking Group.
