The world of technology is ever changing and many times there are fantastic solutions to overcome barriers to participation for disabled employees, if only the organisation or individual were aware of this.

Equally, when you are supporting diverse customers, being able to access support and advice on how to overcome any accessibility barriers is invaluable in providing a great customer experience.

AbilityNet’s corporate helpline can be accessed either by your whole staff or as an escalation point for IT teams, HR teams, Customer Care teams and Line Managers.
