Full-service support

• Produce and present a formal report, with useful links and follow-up options.
• Conduct a review session six months after the initial assessment.

Ad hoc consultant support

If you choose to run the DAMM process yourself, our experts can work with you on an ad hoc basis at any stage of the process, such as:

• Initial project planning
• Attending stakeholder meetings
• Reviewing information gathered 
• Help with prioritisation and recommendations
• Six-month or annual reviews of your progress against action plans.
