Meet your speaker:
Nav Hussain, Stakeholder Engagement Manager – Digital Voice, BT, Consumer
Nav is an experienced telecommunications professional with 20 years of diverse industry experience. Nav began his career in the public sector before moving into the private sector, where he held a range of direct and indirect leadership roles across multiple industries.
During his time at BT, including roles within EE and Plusnet he has worked across the consumer division and now plays a key role in driving engagement for BT’s Digital Voice programme, supporting the transition ahead of the January 2027 PSTN switch-off deadline.
