Q: Are there any accessibility Microsoft certifications which can be done?
Robin: I would recommend looking at the internationally-recognised professional CPD certs at International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
Q: I’m starting a digital accessibility apprenticeship - any advice for an excited neophyte starting out?
Robin: AbilityNet has a range of free resources to help you learn more about digital accessibility including our upcoming free Introduction to Digital Accessibility training course and a free guide based on interviews with key staff at the BBC, Google, Intuit, Microsoft and Ubisoft about their very different Accessibility Champions Networks. AbilityNet also has high-quality online training courses to help you build skills in accessibility and inclusive design.
