Course Overview

This course is aimed at those wishing to conduct mobile accessibility test audits and want to learn more about how to use a mobile screen reader to navigate a native app.

What you will learn

If you're building or releasing a mobile app, you need to be testing your app is accessible. On this course you will learn how to test on iOS and Android devices using VoiceOver and TalkBack as well as a number of different testing tools and frameworks, covering mobile app design consideration and best practice.

Vayia Malamidou profile image

Vayia Malamidou currently works as an Accessibility and Usability Consultant at AbilityNet. Her role includes carrying out design reviews, accessibility audits, user testing and providing in-depth consultancy to organisations on web accessibility and usability. 

Having spent 20 years working in a variety of digital content projects, she now specialises in the domain of digital accessibility. She is accredited with the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) qualification awarded by IAAP.
