I'm having issues with watching the event online

The event programme provides the list of sessions throughout the event. When the event starts click on the 'Watch Live' button under the event programme and select the desired track of the event to launch the video player.

For the best streaming experience please visit the event website on a desktop device. If you experience issues please test on a different browser and/or device.

You may need to click the play button to start the feed.

If your video stops working when it was working before, please refresh your browser. If the issue persists check with your organisation's technical team to ensure live streaming over a certain duration is not blocked.

I'm having issues with sound or video

On occasion the microphones of our speakers or even cameras temporarily do not work properly. This may cause an echo, feedback, lag, or attendees may entirely not be able to hear or see the event.

Please check your own sound settings to ensure your device isn’t muted and that the issue isn't unique to you. We will attempt to communicate where a sound or video issue is being experienced by everyone, and look to resolve the issue as promptly as is possible.

I can't access a specific session

Please view the event programme for any sessions that are available to 'Watch Live'.

On occasion sessions may overrun or there may be a delay in starting. When this happens we are greatful for your patience and understanding.

We will attempt to communicate where a session has overrun or is delayed, including an estimate of the revised start time.

On very rare occasions a session may need to be cancelled. Again, we will communicate this to all attendees.
