Alice Taylor is a Principal Accessibility Consultant in AbilityNet's Accessibility Services Team, and plays a key strategic role in supporting organisations on their accessibility maturity and compliance journeys including those in scope of the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Alice's blend of technical expertise, regulatory insight, and strategic consultancy helps organisations embed accessibility into their DNA, through strategic accessibility guidance, Digital Accessibility Maturity Model (DAMM) assessments, and long-term accessibility planning.
Stephanie Chapman, Consumer Duty Delivery Manager, Financial Conduct Authority
Steph manages the Consumer Duty Delivery team at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), which is responsible for championing and embedding the Consumer Duty to enable better outcomes for consumers. She has worked at the FCA for over nine years in a variety of roles from Policy to Supervision, Risk & Compliance and Authorisations.
Prior to joining the FCA, Steph worked in legal services, and before that at the Financial Ombudsman Service, leading on implementation of the Alternative Dispute Resolution regulations.
Howard Taylor, Director at PwC UK
With 20 years of experience working in the financial sector, Howard has supported clients navigating their way through many of the practical consequences of evolving regulation and emerging technology from vulnerable customers to bank capital changes. He has worked across C-suite and Boards in banking, insurance and wealth clients, as well as advising government, regulators and trade bodies.
