Top tech podcast welcomes Robin Christopherson as new host

The long-running tech show for everyone with a vision impairment has welcomed AbilityNet's Head of Digital Inclusion (that's me folks) as a new co-host and we would invite you all on-board. Whether you have low or no vision, know someone who does or just want to keep up on the latest in the world of tech, why not try out the newly revamped 'Tech Talk 2.0'.

What's it all about?

Tech Talk is a podcast and radio show for anyone who is interested in accessible technology and how it relates to vision impairment (although we'll most definitely be covering other impairments along the way). Find out about the latest products - from specialist equipment to off the shelf solutions. Whilst Tech Talk has been running for many years now, this is a new start with a new look and everyone is invited. You can get involved or join the conversation by using the hashtag #RNIBTechTalk or by emailing techtalk@rnib.org.uk.

Why not check out the first Tech Talk 2.0 episode where we discuss giant tablets, air taxis, screen protectors to protect your eyes and much, much more.

How can I listen to more episodes?

There are several ways you can catch up on the weekly Tech Talk show or listen live as it airs.

On Connect Radio

Tech Talk airs on Connect Radio every Tuesday at 1PM and again on Saturday evening at 5PM. You can listen online, on your TV on Freeview channel 730 or by asking your smart speaker to "Play RNIB Connect Radio."

As a podcast

Coming out every Tuesday at around 1pm, you can subscribe to the podcast in your favourite podcatching app of choice by simply searching for 'Tech Talk' (that's two words) or by using this link to subscribe.
