How to make digital accessibility a transformation with P&G

Procter & Gamble has some of the most iconic brands under its belt including Olay, Oral-B, Pampers and Pantene and are leaders in accessibility innovation such as Olay's accessible packaging

For July's Network and Learn we were excited to be joined by Adrian Panait, Digital Accessibility Senior Manager at Procter and Gamble (P&G) who discussed his accessibility role and how he works across multiple P&G brands and websites, and how he makes digital accessibility a transformation vs a one-time intervention.

Adrian commented, "First you choose a scanning tool which scans the site and you end up with a list of issues which get fixed. In order for those results to be sustainable and last for longer than 6 months we need to address multiple things, one of those things is communication and letting people know there's a problem. Storytelling really helps get things moving."
