Digital Inclusion Programme Officer
The role
Be part of the AbilityNet and BT Group partnership delivering a nationwide programme of group and one-to-one digital skills training sessions designed to upskill digitally excluded people aged 55 and above, and disabled adults aged 18 or over. These sessions ensure that older and disabled people have the confidence and skills they need to participate in and make the most of life in the digital world.

Skill set
Ideal candidates will have and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Co-ordination, planning and administration skills
- Networking and relationship building skills
- Excellent personal communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Presentation skills
- Experienced user of Office 365
- Experience of the target market i.e. charities, older and/or disabled people
