Flexible, Affordable Accessibility Insights
Our experts work with you to understand your needs and then conduct an accessibility audit of your homepage, navigation, header and footer. Based on your goals they will select a sample of pages and components that will have the most impact on improving accessibility.
They quickly produce an Insight Report that gives you and your team a clear picture of the accessibility failures and provides the guidance and support you need to fix them. This approach takes less time than a Full WCAG Audit but still provides the key insights you need.
How our Digital Accessibility Review works
One of our experienced consultants will work with you every step of the way.
Their first step is to host a kick-off call to discuss what you want to achieve and why accessibility is important to you. You'll meet the consultant who is running the Review and you'll be able to ask questions about the process and what to expect in your Insight Report. They will explain options for testing and review and will recommend an approach tailored to meeting your goals.
After the kick-off meeting your consultant will:
- Confirm a detailed schedule of all the testing that will be run;
- Conduct a full audit on your homepage, navigation, header and footer;
- Audit a collaboratively selected set of core components;
- Prepare an Insight Report bringing together all their findings and results;
The Insight Report will be shared with you and will:
- Provide expert insights to you and your team
- Help build your knowledge about accessibility and WCAG 2.2
- Provide links and expert guidance to help start addressing issues straight away
- Support you to draft an accessibility statement for your website
The Insight Report will be shared with you and your team in an online meeting which will allow you to check details and ask questions.
The consultant will check in after a month to see how you're progressing and help address any questions that have come up since the Insight Report meeting.
Benefits of Our Digital Accessibility Review vs a Full WCAG Audit

- Increase accessibility knowledge and confidence in your teams
- Improve usability for all visitors, including those with specific access needs
- Ensure your digital platforms are accessible and inclusive
Work Towards Compliance
All our testing uses international standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines:
- Identify the issues you face to meet legal requirements and prepare for the EAA
- Transition smoothly from WCAG 2.1 to WCAG 2.2 compliance
Broaden Your Audience
Our services give you confidence you are reaching every customer, including those with specific access needs:
- Remove barriers for neurodivergent and disabled individuals
- Expand your reach and improve customer satisfaction
What is included in a Digital Accessibility Review?
The details of what will be tested are agreed at a kick-off meeting with one of our consultants.
They work with you and your team to understand your priorities for action and agree exactly what to test. This can include:
- Pages in the public domain
- Pages that require log-in to development environment
- Sample user journeys
- Problems identified in previous testing
- Most used components
- Content pages that are mostly text-based
- Samples of images, video and audio content
- Transactions and forms
- PDFs and other document types
- Existing accessibility statement or accessibility page
They will be flexible in their approach and testing doesn't start until you are happy with the sample selected.
All we need to get started is access to the relevant materials including log-in details, non-disclosure agreement, etc.
What is in the Insight Report?
Once they've conducted the testing your consultant will walk you through the Insight Report and provide their expert guidance on what you need to do next.
Our Insight Reports include:
- A user-friendly executive report
- Details and examples of critical WCAG 2.2 failures (high priority)
- Any other failures identified in the testing
- Suggested fixes for all critical failures identified
- Any further insights gathered during the process
- Usability and compliance benefits from addressing these issues
- Suggested content or amendments for your accessibility statement
- Useful resources for follow-up action
The Insight Report will be shared at a call with you and your team, with plenty of time for questions and answers.
That call will be followed up one month later to make sure you have made progress with the information provided.

Frequently asked questions about Digital Accessibility Reviews and Audits
We have answered some of the commonly asked questions we receive about Digital Accessibility Reviews and our audit and testing services below (please click to expand).
A Digital Accessibility Review is a service designed to evaluate how accessible your digital products (like websites and apps) are to disabled users. This service is collaborative and efficient, providing a baseline understanding of your current accessibility status and offering actionable recommendations for improvement.
A Digital Accessibility Review is a cost-effective way to identify and address critical accessibility issues quickly, especially if you are unsure how accessible your site is or are early on in your accessibility journey. It provides a comprehensive review of key areas and components, helping you prioritise improvements without the time and cost commitment of undertaking a full audit before your website is ready.
The initial consultation is a session with an experienced accessibility consultant. During this meeting, you’ll discuss your key priorities, select a sample for review, and set the scope of the assessment. This helps tailor the assessment to your specific needs.
The service includes a full audit of your homepage, navigation, header and footer as well as up to 10 core components.
The review checks for compliance with international accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and identifies any barriers for disabled users.
The service helps you make progress towards meeting legal requirements by identifying areas that need improvement to comply with accessibility standards like WCAG 2.2 and the European Accessibility Act. This ensures your digital products are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
You will receive a detailed report that highlights areas where your digital products comply with accessibility standards and where improvements are needed. The report includes specific recommendations for both immediate and longer term actions to enhance accessibility.
The service is priced at £4,950 + VAT. This includes the initial consultation, a comprehensive review of selected pages and components, a detailed report, and support in drafting an accessibility statement and creating a compliance roadmap.
Organizations of all sizes can benefit, especially those needing a quick assessment of their digital accessibility. It’s also ideal for Product Managers, Accessibility Leads, and businesses managing multiple websites and apps, preparing for new regulations.
After the review, you will receive ongoing support from our consultants. This includes help with drafting an accessibility statement, creating a roadmap for compliance, and answering any questions you may have about the findings and recommendations.
