Conner Josey

This is Conner’s first trustee role and he hopes to bring his substantial commercial experience to add value to the AbilityNet organisation.

Conner is an accomplished and results-oriented leader with extensive experience driving large-scale, complex digital transformations within organisations. He has a proven ability to operate effectively at the board level in both client-side and consulting environments. Conner is adept at leading and motivating teams to deliver exceptional commercial performance and outstanding results.

With over 20 years in digital roles, his expertise spans all facets of digital transformation, from strategy development and roadmap creation to execution and optimisation, with a strong focus on delivering measurable return on investment. Conner has held senior roles at EPAM Systems, where he leads large-scale client digital engagements and teams of digital professionals, driving significant revenue growth.

Prior to EPAM, Conner has served as Practice Director - Digital Transformation at Wipro Digital, delivering complex digital transformation programs across various industries. At BT Group, he was Enterprise Director of Digital, improving the commercial performance of the digital channels and managing a substantial team and budget.

He also has experience in digital delivery and operations leadership roles at B&Q and Vodafone Ltd, where he drove improvements in delivery performance and operational efficiencies. Conner is passionate about fostering a culture of excellence and developing high-performing individuals and teams.

Being color blind (Reds, Browns and Greens) also means he makes a great delivery leader (as everything is always green)! Personally, Conner and his wife Kristy spend a lot of time gardening, carrying out garden projects and growing vegetables.
