Trustee Profile: Alison Orsi

Alison Orsi is an experienced consultant with a passion for helping teams build the organisational and cultural capability to deliver growth. 

A broad thinker who tackles challenges from a customer-centric angle, Alison brings global tech and CMO experience, using technology and analytics to improve operations, and deploys agile methods to manage teams for impact over process and deliver transformational change. Alison spent much of her first career at IBM, where she held a variety of roles, including Global VP Performance Marketing and most recently, CMO for EMEA. 

She is also an accredited Executive Coach, helping leaders and teams be at their best, and maximise their impact and potential.  In addition, she is NED for The Marketing Society, and proud to be a fellow of both the Marketing Academy and The Marketing Society.
