Will Sutton is Head of Consultancy at AbilityNet, responsible for leading our commercial consulting and customer success teams in delivering digital accessibility and workplace inclusion services. He ensures that our consultancy services align with the evolving needs of our clients, fostering long-term strategic partnerships and contributing positively to our charitable initiatives.

Will first encountered accessibility while working as a Software Engineer at Dyson, where he was part of a team responsible for global e-commerce websites. Tasked with remediating accessibility issues identified in an audit, he discovered a passion for creating digital experiences that are free from barriers. This experience led him to become an IAAP Certified Professional in Web Accessibility (CPWA) and pursue a career dedicated to digital inclusion, joining AbilityNet as a Senior Accessibility Consultant before advancing to his current leadership role.

Since joining AbilityNet Will has been involved in enhancing the quality of our services and establishing us as a true partner in our clients' accessibility journeys. A strong advocate for shifting accessibility left, he champions the integration of inclusive practices from the very start of projects. With a background in Marketing and Business Development, Will combines technical expertise with commercial insight to drive innovation and create a more inclusive digital landscape.
