Published February 2026Graphic of door hanger with text that reads More than 800,000 digital doors opened in 2025

An amazing 98% of the thousands of disabled and older people AbilityNet supported last year told us they're now 'better able to use technology at home'! And 100% of our customer organisations tell us they now provide a better user experience as a result of working with us.

And what's more, in 2025 AbilityNet was able to:

  • Open more than 800,000 digital doors in 2025 to improve accessibility and inclusion for people who are digitally excluded. We count digital doors as every instance of tech, digital skills and accessibility support; ranging from volunteer 1-2-1s, to factsheet views, to accessibility audit recommendations
  • Deliver over 23,000 hours of free technology support via in-person visits, group sessions and online webinars
  • Create £2.5 million in public benefit in our work to delete the digital divide
