"Rebecca [the assessor] was lovely and friendly and really understood the issues that I faced. She explained everything very clearly and demonstrated some of the equipment. She asked if I wanted a break from the meeting or the heating turned up (I have a condition with cold hands) which made me feel comfortable. Very rare to find someone as helpful, polite, friendly and understanding as her." - Ellouise W.

"The process was great and he [the assessor] was very friendly and professional." - Racquel S.
